The Wedding of Emily & Steve

The food was incredible. Our caterers created a delightful menu inspired by Middle Eastern and Asian flavours (we love Ottolenghi). One of my favourite parts of the wedding was the “The Pavlova Show”. Pavlova is a family favourite, so it was our wedding cake. The chefs decorated the two-metre long pavlova to dramatic classical music in front of our guests with bright fruits, honeycomb and Persian fairy floss. It was brilliant and an ingenious twist on a family tradition!

Being from a large Italian family, food was definitely one of the most important aspects of our wedding planning: not just having a lot of food, but having a lot of delicious food. The flavours and presentation of Debbie’s dishes were second to none. We still have guests raving about how amazing her food was months later. Debbie is very easy to work with, she listens and thinks outside of the box. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Deb and the magnificent Delen Catering team catered our wedding in May 2017. Based down in Melbourne, but married just south of Sydney, Deb made the lead up and the day very smooth! The food was outstanding – we have received countless messages from friends and family saying it was the best wedding cuisine they had ever had. The staff were very professional and friendly, and went out of their way to make sure the bridal party and our families were looked after. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Deb and the Delen Catering team, and only hope we are at another event with them all soon!

Winter Wonderland Bat-Mitzvah

We used Delen Catering for our daughter’s bat mitzvah function which was held at our home. The food and presentation were out of this world. We were blown away by the amount of effort and attention to detail.We were getting compliments from every guest!
